Yours Post:	Looking for person to sublease my room from January-August 2012. I live in a two bedroom apartment and I have a really chill roommate. She is a student and spends most of her time studying away from home. She is very respectful of other's space and even shares her home cooked meals from time to time. Great person to live with. I would stay in this apartment, but I am moving to California. The apartment comes with a washer/dryer unit. NO PETS are allowed. And would be partially furnished in the common areas from furniture belonging to my roommate. The apartment unit has a nice sized living room, one bathroom, kitchen, and two bedroom. Its a three minute walk from Schnucks grocery store (where there is a bus stop), and if you drive the apartment has carports to park your car. Rent is $297.50, water is ~$12, and electric is avg. $45. The other person living in the apartment would pay the other half of the $595 rent.
